Swedish Meatballs and Beetroot Salad on Toast

Meat balls

Mince
1 egg per 250g mince
1 slice of toast without crust per egg
Salt, pepper

Mix egg and toast in bowl
Mix in the mince and spices
Form balls, slightly smaller than a golf ball
Fry in oil in a frying pan until cooked

Beetroot Salad

Bowl x2, chopping board, knife, grater and whisk
1 pickled beetroot
1 apple
A bit of whipping cream
Mayonnaise 2 tea spoons
Salt, pepper

Finely chop the beetroot on a plastic covered chopping board
Remove the core from the apple and grate it
Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Serve on a slice of toast with a sliced meatball on top.
